Art Battle

Creative York is proud to support the Featured Artist Auction as part of Art Battle York-Lancaster. Throughout the event, a selected artist will create a live piece on stage, which will be auctioned online, giving attendees and supporters the opportunity to take home original work while directly supporting Creative York’s mission. This partnership helps connect artists with new audiences, expand access to the arts, and keep creative experiences like Art Battle thriving in our community.

What is Art Battle?

Art Battle is a live painting competition that brings together artists and audiences for an exciting, interactive experience. During the event, artists have just 20 minutes to transform a blank canvas into a finished piece, competing in multiple rounds as the audience votes to determine who advances to the final. It is fast-paced, high-energy, and welcoming to everyone, whether you are an artist, collector, or simply curious to see creativity unfold in real time.
