Mini Makers

SATURDAY | AUGUST 15 | 10am – 2pm

Mini Makers is a one-day maker market designed especially for young entrepreneurs, artists, and creators ages 8–18. Held at Creative York, Mini Makers gives young makers the opportunity to showcase and sell their handmade creations in a welcoming and supportive environment.

The event takes place inside our galleries, with the option to set up outdoors on the sidewalk if weather permits. Whether you’re selling artwork, crafts, jewelry, handmade accessories, or other original creations, Mini Makers is a great opportunity to gain experience, connect with the community, and share your creativity.

Table spaces are available for just $25, with no application fee. Payment is only requested after acceptance. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and spaces are filled first come, first served.

FAQ's

Mini Makers is open to makers ages 8–18.

All items must be handmade by the maker. Original artwork, crafts, jewelry, accessories, and other handmade goods are welcome.

No. There is no fee to apply.

Accepted vendors will be charged a $25 table fee. Payment is only requested after acceptance into the event.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and spaces are filled first come, first served until capacity is reached.

Spaces are designed for tables that are 6 feet long or smaller.

Please let us know in your application. A limited number of tables may be available.

Yes. Each vendor space includes two chairs.

No. Creative York does not take any commission or percentage of sales. All proceeds go directly to the maker.

Each maker is responsible for handling their own sales and payments. Creative York does not handle any of the sales.

Limited electrical access may be available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. If you would like access to electricity, please indicate that preference on your application.

Weather permitting, makers may have the option to set up outdoors on the sidewalk. Final placement decisions will be communicated prior to the event.

Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM.

Doors open to the public at 10:00 AM.

Cleanup begins at 2:00 PM.
