Soup- Lemon Herbed Chicken Orzo – a much lighter take on a Greek Lemon Chicken soup. Perfect for the rising spring temperatures.
Crockpot Multipurpose- Korean Pulled Chicken BBQ- an Asian BBQ sauce meets seasonal ingredients. Sweet, salty, savory. There will be a cabbage slaw that we make with this. Perfect for tacos, pulled chicken sandwiches, served over a green salad. A sky’s the limit recipe.
Casserole- THE Italian Strata- Colleen’s go to recipe that everyone loves and asks for the recipe. A mix of sausage, cheese, veggies, and herbs in a savory bread pudding form. A recipe as interchangeable as the ingredients in your fridge.
Salad- Wheatberry Berry Berry Salad- a hearty salad perfect for a lighter dinner with soup or an on the go lunch. Packed full of protein and antioxidants. Will be taken home with a vinaigrette dressing.
